The Senior Account Executive leads multiple client accounts across media relations, digital campaigns, events, and business development. This role builds trusted client relationships, manages expectations and budgets, drives measurable results, and supports long-term client growth.
The Senior Account Executive is both a client lead and a team leader, managing staff, mentoring talent, and contributing meaningfully to agency growth through business development and industry relationship building.

]]>This is a hands-on role for someone who loves the craft of digital marketing: building the calendar, writing the copy, watching the analytics, and turning a great idea into a campaign that actually ships. The Role
As Senior Account Executive, you’ll manage day-to-day client relationships and drive the execution of integrated digital marketing and social media campaigns across a diverse portfolio. You’ll coordinate content strategy, campaign execution, social media management, digital communications, and reporting, partnering closely with leadership, clients, and internal teams to deliver work that’s on time, on brand, and on point.
What You’ll Do
● Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and high-quality service while supporting account profitability.
● Manage execution of digital and social campaigns aligned to client goals, brand standards, and KPIs.
● Build and maintain social calendars, campaign timelines, and content schedules.
● Support digital strategy across audience engagement, content planning, community management, influencer outreach, and paid social.
● Draft and edit social copy, digital content, presentations, reports, and client communications.
● Develop and execute paid campaigns, then monitor performance and deliver analytics reporting with strategic recommendations.
● Participate in client meetings and presentations, inlcluding communicating updates, insights, and results.
● Create visually engaging content across platforms; support photography, video, editing, and graphic assets where applicable.
● Help manage influencer partnerships, collaborations, and activations, including live event coverage and real-time content.
● Support the agency’s own digital presence, including website updates, social channels, marketing materials, business development decks, executive visibility, and email/newsletter campaigns.
● Keep workflows, timelines, and documentation organized, and contribute to SOPs and operational improvements.
● Mentor and support junior staff where applicable.
What You Bring
Must Have
● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Media, or a related field.
● 3–6 years in digital marketing, social media management, PR, or agency account management, with agency or fast-paced client-services experience strongly preferred.
● Strong command of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and emerging channels.
● Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Statusbrew, or similar).
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred), plus content creation, light photo retouching, and video editing.
● Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools is a plus.
● Excellent writing, organization, and attention to detail; the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines; and the self-motivation to thrive in a remote environment.
● A genuine passion for digital marketing, creativity, culture, and storytelling, and an interest in leveraging AI to enhance content, engagement, and brand storytelling.
● A willingness to get out in the field: art industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

The Role
As Director of Digital Influence, you’ll build and scale integrated influence strategies that drive measurable outcomes for our clients and our agency. You’ll lead the intersection of influencer and creator partnerships, social media strategy, digital communications, community engagement, paid amplification, executive thought leadership, AI-enabled content innovation, and cultural trend forecasting.
You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to high-profile clients and internal teams, oversee our Digital Influence practice, and mentor a team of strategists, account managers, creators, and coordinators, while helping grow the agency through client retention, service expansion, and new business.
What You’ll Do
● Serve as senior strategic lead across a portfolio of high-profile client accounts, owning service delivery and account profitability.
● Develop integrated digital influence strategies aligned to client objectives, audience growth, and KPIs.

● A track record leading integrated influencer and creator campaigns with measurable business impact, and managing enterprise-level clients across multi-channel programs.
● Deep fluency in the creator economy and influencer platforms (CreatorIQ, Traackr, Aspire, GRIN, Captiv8, Upfluence, or similar).
